Local SEOs: See Your Photos in Your Google Maps Button
Mike Blumenthal dropped a simple but thoughtful local SEO tip that every business should do some time in the near future. Check out the featured photos that Google chose to display in your Google Maps pin overlay.
Mike said on Twitter, “When the new side map for the Local Pack was introduced last month, I hadn’t noticed the 2 images appearing when scrolling over the pin. It’s worth looking to see which two images are” n show you.”
In fact and although you may not be able to control what Google puts in that overlay pin 100%, you can control your Google Business Profiles by Googling your business and editing your business profile. You can add new photos and manage old photos from there.
